MAA-I Budo training course with Shihan Poeschl

Recently again a took place for Martial Arts Association – International Budo training course for Karatekas – from Bavaria in the Lentinger three-fold gymnasium. Training course contents were Kihon, Kumite, Kata Bunkai, Bojutsu and Combat Arnis. Shihan Abi Poeschl 7.Dan MAA- Grandmaster, led the 8 hour successful training course. The 60 participants learning traditional Shotokan KarateDo in its whole versatility, Kihon, Kumite and Kata Bunkai. Were shown, taught and demonstrated the most effective techniques and exercises in the Karate Do. As special contents Sensei Abi Poeschl described the most important aspects of the optimal distance to the partner, the important training of the defense and/or the counter attack, as well as Zanshin (mental and physical preparation for the following technology).
The style-specific courses of motion were practiced intensively and repaired between by always a purchase to the Kumite and Bunkai. Sensei Abi Poeschl understood it once more to inspire and drag with its personality and its sophisticated and interesting training program the Karatekas along. Just as impressively Sensei Ditmer Jaksch 4.Dan, Kurt Hanisch 4.Dan and Mathias Spranger 4.Dan taught in carat DO, Combat Arnis and Bojutsu that all participants were so inspired. With large enthusiasm the participants to their tasks went near to extend knowledge and a being able in the combat haven. Hard, in addition, intensive training lasted a holding out of such a training course on Saturday from 10.00 o’clock to 18,00 o’clock alone earns the special praise of the participants. For the Karatekas this was again a very instructive, interesting and successful training course. Bernd Hoehle Headmaster of the Martial Arts Association – international ( www.MAA-I.com ) and director of the golden Dragon Martial Arts Center in Stadthagen congratulated to Shihan Poeschl to the interesting training course. To good the latter still some honours were made.
